FOSHAN YEXUAN FURNITURE MANUFACTURE CO.,LTD is located in Nanhai district, Foshan city. It’s specialized in hotel project and wholesale furniture sets producing since 2010, which includes beds, mattress, headboard, bed frame, sofa and some other customized made furniture sets design. It covers land area of 10000 sqm, standardized workshops of 8,000 sqm, and potentially holds around 100-200 people to work. 

For beds, our factory has equipped with complete brand-new set of machines. To ensure the accuracy of customized models, our designer draws some CAD images first. Then, the machine will cut wood materials automatically by executing the order. Due to the rapidly development of modern society, golden elements have become a symbol of modern luxury furniture, so we decide to build our own independent stainless steel frame producing line. For mattress, we have our own branch brand PINMOON under YEXUAN company. From spring producing and mattress finishing, each line has skillful workers. Because there is another machine can compress mattress and roll it up, which can save lots of space and wholesalers or distributors can make more money when they choose rolled up package.

For sofa, we have similar aiming as beds. On the one hand, many classic upholstered sofa designs can be found here. On the other hand, you will see more and more new modern luxury sofa designs from our factory. CAD images are been drawn first, then machine cuts the wood frame after placing orders.
